I really enjoyed the housekeeping staff they were always joking and happy and always made sure I had everything I needed in my room for my stay. To the delightful lady who checked me in and had to help me get a third party authorization when my credit card didnt work, you are an absolute Rockstar! Thank you for your patience with my confusion and walking my friend and I through getting me checked in. I wish I could remember your name but you absolutely NAILED IT at your job and I appreciate you."

"It was good. Room was clean and quiet. Bit of a problem checking out. No one was around when I left early in the morning and there was nowhere to leave the key. I left a message that I would be back later to check out and was charged for not leaving the key. A bit of confusion there, but I have checked my visa statement and that charge has been returned."

"Hotel is situated near a large trucking facility that has deliveries all night. Back up alarms, crashing of loading bays and offloading materials make for a disturbing night."
