"Great downtown location, staff are friendly, professional and attentive, housekeeping does an excellent job. Rooms have new furnishings in a retro style, furniture matches. Bathrooms are vintage, good water pressure. Bath towels are new and soft. Two elevators both working and fast. Bonus - complimentary happy hour with local pours, including local ales, ciders, and a plum kombucha. To be honest, I actually stay here for the free pinball."

"I'm a platinum member and they didn't want to honor the late check out without a fee. They made me show them where it says I don't have to pay a fee. So they said it's okay, let's waive that rate this time. So I have to proved them. I shouldn't have to do this."

Or you can park on the street but you have to pay for that too and you can’t start paying till eight in the morning, so you have to get up early run out there pay come back in and there’s a bunch of dog crap all crap all over the sidewalk while you’re trying to park your car would recommend would not recommend staying here not even a hot tub. What’s going on?"

"This place is awesome! It’s right in front of Pioneer Square, so you can easily get to everything you need. Plus, there’s a Tesla charging station, so you can charge your car while you’re here. It’s a great spot for a fun and relaxed day out."
