View of St John’s Church out the window a block away. Best breakfast on the quiet patio (see photo). The gorgeous mosaic art of her talented father line the walls. Buy one! Walked to an awesome restaurant one block away. They even drove us to the train station to go way beyond the call of duty. Peaceful, friendly, accommodating and comfortable!"

Our room was quiet, clean, and the most comfortable night's sleep yet. But, the staff made it even better. Everyone was interesting, interested in our journey, and helpful with our every request. Plus, it is a perfect spot to explore Ephesus and all that this region has to offer."

"I stayed at Pikan Ephesus for three nights while touring Ephesus and Pamukkale. Overall it was a nice little hotel in a convenient location, though with a couple of frustrating hiccups worth knowing about before you go. Diyar, who handled check-in and was around throughout my stay, was very friendly and helpful. My door was broken and he showed me how to lock it at check-in, but the mechanism was a bit confusing, and the next morning I accidentally locked myself out — with my bag inside and my Ephesus tour departing in half an hour. Diyar did his best to help, even trying to get into the room through the window, but we couldn't manage it in time. I ended up having to dash to the nearby Migros (grocery store) to buy a hat and sunscreen before my tour, since everything I needed was locked in the room. Thankfully, my pickup ran about 15 minutes late and the tour company agreed to pick me up from Migros instead so it worked out — but it was a stressful start to the morning that could've been avoided with clearer instructions or a functioning door. Breakfast was also a bit of a letdown timing-wise. It's meant to start at 8:30am, but on the morning I needed it, service still hadn't started by 9:05. Aside from those issues, the room itself was a nice, atmospheric stone room — simple and bare bones, no TV and not many amenities, but clean and comfortable. Laundry for only 400 lira was helpful too."

"Had a lovely overnight stay at this hotel. The new owners were so helpful. Even took us to the bus station and made sure that we got on the correct but to visit another village that we want to see. Have a lovely terrace on the roof, and you can take your own drinks. Rooms at the back are quieter than the front."

"Although I started with booking online and staff not flexible with date change and refund, i ended up paying 1 extra night that I didn’t stay, but overall experience turned out to be really amazing. Since the time I got in, to when I left everyone was so friendly and helpful, they took time to share restaurant recommendations, things to do and helped with tea/coffee etc. I would definitely stay back with them next time!"
