The property is just fantastic beautiful courtyard great restaurant with a great view. Definitely have dinner there. The breakfast are amazing the little bars, charming, and the staff is just so welcoming and so friendly.

The staff is so lovely and helpful, the location can’t be beat (walking distance to Ephesus ancient city!), the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, the rooms were comfy and well appointed and the grounds are beautiful, what’s not to love?

This hotel is a little slice of heaven. It is absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable. So many gorgeous spaces to sit with a lovely if small pool Fabulous restaurant and delicious breakfast. We wanted to stay here forever! Highly recommend.

It was perfectly situated, felt very roomy. The entire property was stunning every detail of it. Room was lovely, we were upgraded to a room with a view. The whole place had a very high end feel. We had an amazing dinner and fabulous breakfast. Can’t recommend it enough. 11/10

Very charming room, felt more like a guest room in a home than a copy/paste hotel room. Reception was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area. It is in a quiet, relaxed part of town, with hills and cobblestone streets. The views from the room and restaurant are great. Dinner and breakfast were both very good, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The family grows their own olives and presses their own oil very nearby. Great place to stage a visit to ancient Ephesus, the Temple of Artemis, the House of Mary, and other nearby cultural sites. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is a hidden jewel. We stayed for one night and arrived by car. We regret not having booked for 2 nights! The hotel has a very clean and well maintained pool. The staff speaks well English and was very polite and friendly. We usually never eat dinner at the hotel, but did so at Ayasoluk Hotel after arriving exhausted from Bergama. The food was extraordinary. We tried their chicken pie and their stew, which were both a culinary delight. Staying at the hotel was like staying with family. After we went to bed, my husband stayed down at the pool to play backgammon with other guests and staff. After we left, my daughter realized that she had left her MIT knit sweater at the hotel. The staff went out of their way to send the item via bus to our next location in Bodrum and didn’t even charge us for it! I highly recommend Ayasoluk Hotels and would always go back.

Fabulous location for visiting historical sights, owners and staff so helpful, restaurant very good & pool a great place to cool off, then watch the sunset from the terrace. I recommend the private guide the hotel organised for us too.

More than a five star hotel experience. It felt like we were staying with family. Our stay at Ayasoluk Butik Otel was truly extraordinary. We have stayed at some of the finest hotels, including Ritz Carlton properties, and the warmth, attention, and genuine hospitality we experienced here surpassed what we have come to expect from even the most luxurious hotels. From the moment we arrived until our final farewell, we were treated not simply as guests, but almost as family. There is a level of personal care here that simply cannot be manufactured or taught. It comes from people who genuinely love what they do and want you to experience the very best of their hotel and this beautiful part of Turkey. The property is immaculate, beautifully maintained, intimate, and full of character. And then there are the views. Watching the sun set from the hotel and restaurant was absolutely magical. It was one of those moments and places you know you will remember long after your trip is over. The restaurant deserves its own praise. The food was outstanding, the service impeccable, and enjoying dinner overlooking that spectacular sunset made the experience unforgettable. If you appreciate Turkish rugs, do not leave without asking about Black Sheep Rugs, located on the same property. Calling them rugs almost doesn't do them justice. They are truly works of art. Ayasoluk Hotel is beautifully decorated and well designed but what made our stay outstanding was the staff. Everyone was kind and welcoming and their service was impeccable. Our meals were delicious and emjoyed in a dining room with views of the ruins of the Temple of Artemis and Basilica of St John. This hotel is truly a gem.
