"The property looks nice and some of the staff seem friendly. We ordered the pancakes by the beach and it was just ok. I would rate the a 2 of 5. Things I thought were nice is the hotel seems to have limited parking and they do the valet for free because of that. We did tip the valet and he seemed shocked that we did. The front desk at check in, the staff were so kind and friendly. The beach location to the hotel couldn't get any better. At the Lava Lava beach club in the hotel, the door greeting staff lacked the ability to greet and smile. The waitresses was ok. She didn't keep up with our dirinks. She was ok with being kind, has room for improvement. The worst part of the hotel was the 4 alive roaches that we seen and killed in our room. My skin crawls when I think about it. I will never stay at this hotel again. "

"The property is in a quiet area and the staff does a terrific job to keep everything clean and well maintained. Arriving late after a long flight, we were given excellent and helpful instructions on how to get into our room and were able to get a good night’s sleep! The air conditioning and ceiling fan definitely helped! Will definitely stay here again!"

"This place was everything we needed, we loved the cozy atmosphere. The have live music three nights a week, tikis and other mood lighting, a decent light breakfast and even free rentals for snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards. Staff was friendly, bed was comfy and the room had a microwave and mini fridge. All the necessities! Plus you’re close to restaurants and shops too!"
