"Staff from the front desk to the sundries store were NOT customer service stars at all, there was an undertone of job misery throughout, which is terrible to be around. I would also say that, while billed (and billed $$) as a luxury resort, this Grand Hyatt needs to do better - everything from the door to our room to the poolside chairs need some updating - it’s getting a little old/tattered. This is basically a cruise ship on land and anything besides ice and water were extra charges - FYI....

"Everyone was so hospitable and helpful with any questions. The room was very tidy and we would come back to a made bed nearly ever day after going out adventuring. The pool was wonderful and we loved the game room they had. I would really recommend paying for the Luau learning about the culture was so needed and the food was top notch in my opinion.

in the morning was SO good. Also I recommend eating at Moa Moa for dinner at least once. We went twice because of how good the food was....

"Beautiful stay at Ko Kea Resort! We were celebrating my friends 60th. The view from our balcony was gorgeous. We walked down the beach to the left and sat for hours spotting turtles. The

at Red Salt was wonderful. And the service by Becca went above and beyond! She was friendly and surprised my friend with a small birthday dessert. Definitely recommend Ko'a Kea resort if you are visiting Kauaii and Poipu Beach!"
