"The Sheraton had an amazing staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. We had a spacious room with a full ocean view. The balconies aren’t very large, so if you’re the person by the wall you’ll only get a pool view. There are two washers and dryers on site, only one of each works and they’re on different floors. They have bikes to rent which is a great option to explore the town. Please make sure you’re comfortable with your bike before leaving the resort. "

"What an incredibly beautiful hotel! Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Everything was top tier and worth the money. I can’t say enough about the views, it could have possible been the best ones I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The beach at the hotel was stunning and perfect for snorkeling. We saw turtles and tons of fish. The beach hospitality coupled with the view and the prime waters was spectacular. Behind the beach is the pool with everything you need and more. There’s towels, sunscreen, great food and service. I could go on and on. The resort fees are expensive but you truly pay for what you get. We had a very late flight and the hotel offers a hospitality suite for you to shower and freshen up after the 11am checkout. I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll be back as soon as I can!"

"Room was kept clean and towels well provided. We requested a change in room upgrade because the Superior King was too small and time worn. The aircon unit was really loud but we managed to sleep through it because we were always exhausted at the end of the day. But the positive things about this place made up for the downside of this property. The staff were all nice/friendly and quickly responded to our requests. They offer a good continental free breakfast and let you borrow beach towels. They also offer live music in the evening which sets the mood for relaxation in their lawn garden. If you like simple reasonable accommodations with a homey ambience, this is a good place to stay."
