"Schönes, sehr gerĂ€umiges Studio mit tollem Badezimmer und gutem FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Die nahe Straße ist leider etwas laut. Ansonsten sehr guter Aufenthalt bis auf den Check-in. Die Terminals zum eigenstĂ€ndigen Check-in haben nicht funktioniert. Da niemand vor Ort war, haben wir insgesamt fast eine Stunde gebraucht um einzuchecken und ich musste 5 bis 6 mal bei der Service Hotline anrufen, was durch Roaming leider auch teuer war."

"The main hotel building is pretty good, cozy, recently renovated, however the annex building is far from that - it has a vibe of 1980s apartment complex, also not the cleanest. Views are lovely, as well as the area around. The breakfast is pretty bad - choices are limited, quantity is such that everything runs out quickly and, generally, the restaurant is far from great, offering canteen-quality food at Michelin-starred prices."

"The location of Hotel Engel is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. We had a lot of help from a member of staff on arrival. However I was surprised at how unhelpful the member of staff on for breakfast was. A few people found the hot beverage system complicated and the staff member just watched people struggle while other guests were trying to help. I have never experienced anything quite like that before. "
