"First thing i have to say is, the Staff was INCREDIBLE. They were very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. As for the hotel itself? Garbage. Our first room, the AC didn't work and it was high 80°F to mid 90°F the entire trip. The bathroom had a large tub with NO kind of shower curtain so water got all over the place. The Elevator even broke down, thankfully we werent in it at the time, but with everything not working properly, we didn't feel safe to use it. The next...
"A very nice suite at a remarkably low price. The toiletries are skimpy (the shampoo and soap are good, but the toilet paper is low-quality, and the towels are fairly rough), and the hot water is not quite hot enough. "Would like to commend the wonderful employees at the Hotel International Casino for their genuine hospitality, especially Egor from the front desk. Upon entering the hotel he welcomed us with a welcoming friendly hello and his knowledge and fluency in English was absolutely amazing! Egor jknows how to connect with guests and is always available to answer any questions or concerns with a friendly smile. He truly loves his job! A true asset to the hotel and he should definitely be in top management and train those lacking customer service/hospitality skills. All the bellman were very helpful and friendly. They should be commended for their hard work. The young ladies and gentlemen at the lobby cafe are the best! The breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and delicious! "This is the second time we stay at Lighthouse. My husband and I needed a bit of couple time and booked for 5 days. The hotel offers the perfect conditions for couples. Big spacious room with very comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Balcony with a view to the sea and to the golf - the perfect combination of blue and green. The breakfast is included and is outstanding. There are four restaurants on the territory of the estate which can satisfy each taste. The bartenders managed to prepare our favorite latte the way we like it which gives the hotel an extra point.
This year the entire service team is from Bali - kind, humble and smiling people always ready to help.
If you are a massage fan, you should absolutely try the Bali massage.
The spa area is super nice with several types of saunas, steam bath and jacuzzis. The swimming pools are pretty big. The infinity pool outdoors is fantastic for swimming. We were lucky to have less visitors and had moments of swimming alone like in a private pool.
The beach is 10 minutes away with shuttle bus and the water is really clean.
There is parking in front of the hotel and we easily found a spot every time we came back after sightseeing or a restaurant. The area around the hotel is interesting to visit and there are good restaurants 10-20 min away by car. There are couple of gourmet restaurants with amazing views of the sea and the cliffs.
