"Clean room, helpful staff, secure area."

"The staff was very friendly the room when i first entered had water running from the faucet, all the way down to the floor. There were maintenance tools in the bathroom as well and after the maintenance employee assured me that the room was ready for habitation, the hot water was shut off in the bathroom sink. The hallway smelled of cigarettes in a smoke free hotel. Staff was than able to offer me a room change and were very friendly and apologetic due to the conditions of the room. "

The TV remote was missing the battery cover, so the TV didn't work. The hotel smelled like beer and cigarettes."
