Also, your carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms smelt musty and should be cleaned to get rid of the smell. Also, your policy of how the linen and towels are to be changed was not explained at the front desk--Why? Improvements need to be made."

"Hotel / room was good . Breakfast and service was ok. First day cleaning , they did not change towel even after putting the room card , they don’t have phone in room which is weird for Hilton group hotel , for cleaning one needs to fill card and put in drop box which is weird way . No one informed at the time of check in . Hotel is on nice location . Well connected . Had weird problem with taxi dropping , every time I ordered uber , it picked me from hotel , while dropping back , they tak us to road which is lower level somewhere else , so again and again , we need to take a detour . Dont know if it was driver mistake or location. Rest ! Nice spacious room and bathroom . "
