"This place is such a different vibe than the beach scene of Karon, just what I was looking for after many previous days in the sand and sun. The property is gorgeous, they have a bar over looking the ocean. It’s a distance up from a lot of things but they offer motor bike rentals. The food was good and a good price. The room was huge, tons of storage space. I highly recommend for a different type of vibe but close to the beach. Owners were on site often and very welcoming. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a very nice neighborhood- ~ 5 minutes walk to Kata beach. The only thing that bugged me was that the room was severely dim light- not nearly enough light even with all the lights on (both in the room and the bathrooom). The management has to put in some effort to do some upkeep in this regard. Overall, a really good deal. I’d highly recommend the stay "

"Excellent pool area for kids! The Buddha head swim-up bar was a highlight. Very convenient for the beach and a huge variety of restaurants close by. The rooms and breakfast were fine. Overall, brilliant stay for families. "

"Just finished a 17 night stay at The Palmery. Excellent value compared to others I have stayed at in the area and the pool access rooms are great. All the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming but a special mention for the friendly breakfast ‘egg man’ and the ‘Bellboy’ Bird who was brilliant!"
