"Nice condos and clean. They do charge a cleaning fee, and they charge for electricity based on the meter reading. The restaurant was convenient, but it closes at 6 pm. The office isn't always staffed when it says it is. The driveway up to the property is a very steep hill that 6 active people in their twenties dreaded walking up every single time. Overall, I would recommend as long as you know these details that we were unaware of when we booked"

"We got the Vila with the view and pool. Nice place very big I mean very big. The Location is just right above Kata. Great views of KATA and just under the Big Buda . The unit we were in needs some more TLC. Just a little older but nice and clean the staff was great. We liked having the staff come and make us breakfast in our kitchen. They did great and my wife got a vacation from dealing with the kitchen. "

"I wouldn't advise anyone to even consider this place, I was basically abandoned for 6 days, the agency phone always went unanswered, the bathroom is filthy with mould growing on the blinds and there was hair left in the shower, the shower is dangerous as it's practically impossible to get into because its so high, no slip mat if things go wrong. "This is a fabulous place to stay. comfortable apartments with great cooling and fabulous views from the verandah. Only a short walk to the beach and a lovely pool to cool down in. The staff at the Eden are fabulous and help out with any issues you have. This was our second visit but definitely not our last. The best place to stay in Karon if you want to get away from the locked in chain resort feel. This is more about the real Thailand but with the luxury of a five star resort"
