"The hotel is within walking distance to Karon beach without being immersed in the busier beach traffic. There are plenty of restaurants near by or enjoy the hotel breakfast. The staff are attentive and helpful."

Very good location once you're at the bottom of the short, steep hill. Suggested Improvements but didn't impact overall holiday- breakfast gets repetitive and not much choice for vegetarians unless you're ok with mixed vegetables. "DO NOT STAY HERE. Our room was very dirty and not what we expected - stains on the sheets and pillows, dirty showerhead, broken toilet seat, unclean A/C unit, non working tv, the most uncomfortable hard bed. The breakfast buffet looked pitiful and we did not even waste our money. We decided after the first night we did not want to stay here ever again, even though we had 2 more nights booked and paid for. We found a much cleaner hotel closer to the beach for $20 more a night.
