"This is perhaps the nicest hotel that i have ever stayed at in all my travels. The staff are first rate friendly and helpful. The hotel is emaculate and the facilities like the thermal pool and spa are just so relaxing you could not wish for a better experience. If you chose to stay at this hotel you cannot go wrong, you made an excellent choice."

"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. Hotel staff was nice. This hotel is also located inside a university so not within walking distance from the city or food areas. "
