"There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. I had to call and request for things...
"Modern rooms and great air conditioning. Reception staff very responsive, helpful and polite. It’s the only hotel in the area with dancing floor and amazing terasa for entertainment. Beautiful events and very safe to enjoy till late in the night. Definitely I look forward to go back for future festivals. "
