Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property was beautiful, with multiple pools and spas. Loved the location and close proximity to the beach/lagoons. This side of the island is very quiet and peaceful. The unit itself was more than great for our family. Very clean, spacious, amazing views, and it was stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely go back to the same place.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
There was a problem with the listing, we booked this trip 8 months in advance and we did not receive an accurate confirmation from Grand Welcome with # of bedrooms, just the name of the condo. I have stayed at this exact place several times in the past without any issue but never used Grand welcome nor Hotels.com to book this specific location. The listing at the time of the booking said 3 bedrooms, when we got to the property and checked in they gave us a local host phone # to contact as now the property does not manage bookings or deal with booking issues. The "host" had a phone that voicemail was not set up so we could not leave a message. I called several times to only receive that message that voicemail was not set up. I called Grand Welcome direct and the agent claimed that there were no 3 bedroom villas at all for this property and that they were only 2 bedrooms. Grand welcome's website actually showed several 3 bedroom units! So no resolution to the booking issue. No notification about construction during our stay, we had limited access to normal amenities during our stay. 3rd day of our stay, contractor caused a major electrical issue and blew the power buss bar. Power was out in the whole tower for a couple days and we were forced to find other accommodations. Grand Welcome was reluctant but eventually agreed to issue refund for unused days at property. We will not book with Grand Welcome again. Hope this helps your decision.
