"The room was absolutely horrible, and disgusting. The entire building looked like it was abandoned. There was what looked like semen stains everywhere. The air con did not work, after 1 hour the temperature was still 31℃. I took photos as evidence to dispute the charge with my credit card company as this is obviously fraud.
