"I was not able to even stay because the check-in was office and I wasn’t able to get my room combination. I had called them multiple times and texted ahead of time saying that I was going to be checking in later in the evening then proceeded to come back the next day in the morning and the checkin office was still close. I had no choice but to find a hotel that would accept me because I had all my travel baggage"

There was a washing machine but no washing pods left, even though when speaking to a lady in another apartment in the block (rented by Number 1) she’d been left pods. We’d been travelling for a month so needed a washing machine, which is why we’d booked this specific accommodation. Also, there are a LOT of steps up to the apartment, wasn’t a problem for us, but we met a elderly lady in the hallway who would not have been able to get to her apartment without our help. I still wonder how she managed when it was time for her to leave! I think this should be made VERY clear to potential guests, I can’t remember seeing this info when we booked. The actual location of the apartment was very good as very close to the bus station and only a short walk to shops & restaurants "

"Very modern and well appointed apartment. Largest TV in all our month of traveling. Close to the bus station and downtown. Easy access. Parking somewhat expensive 3 blocks away. Apartments are on the 3rd floor with no elevator. "

"Lovely renovated apartment in old building with the fresh market right outside your door every day. Up one floor, so not good for mobility impaired. But modern appliances, spotless, everything electric, and laundry. No dryer. I used the heated towel rack to dry my clothes and it worked nicely after rolling out excess water in a towel. Just around the corner from the historic Theatre and blocks away from the marina. Close to restaurants, shopping, and of course, ice cream. Definitely walkable. "
