Be aware there is no elevator

We knew there was no elevator but they never told us they were giving us a 5th floor. Probably was our mistake not to ask what floor. Miscommunication!!!! Glad they solved our problem and gave us 1st floor. In our apt in Slovenia we knew since we booked it was going to be 2nd floor. Other than that, the Apt was in a good location, walkable distance to downtown! Very clean, good bed, small room.

Great intention, disastrous execution. The apartment smells like rotten potatoes, and the smell is clearly coming from the washing machine, which is old and needs urgent replacement. Using it will make your clothes and the apartment smell like hell. The overall hygiene of the apartment leaves to be desired, specially in the bathroom, kitchen and sofa. No amenities whatsoever (soap, detergent, or kitchen basics). It's a pity because other than that the apartment is spacious and well located. Communication with the agency is efficient, but they are not acting on the issues they are clearly already aware of.
