The room was very comfortable. Though the towel holder in the bathroom was off the wall when we arrived, it did not hinder our stay. We reported it to the office, and we were not held accountable for any damage. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean when we arrived. We had a good experience.

It's kind of loud here because it's near a loud intersection. Some guests were also yelling in the evening. The room is very clean and has an updated decor, and the bed is fine. Good pillows.The exterior areas are a bit rough looking, but the staff are very nice and helpful.

Room was nice could’ve used a bit more cleaning seen little specs of hair so it wigged me out. Water pressure in shower very low .. hot tub is fine and great most of the hot water goes there I see. One of the night stands didn’t work nor did it have a bulb in it. The WiFi only works at night and wouldn’t work for anything else but my phone. On another tip the bed was very comfortable but room could use some updating

The staff was very courteous. They even allowed us to check in early. The only issue we had was addressed immediately by the manager and she was absolutely wonderful. The only complaint I have would be the room was a little smaller than I expected but other than that it was wonderful.
