"The location is right next to the train station next to the AEON mall. The carpet was clean and the room was spacious unlike most of the Japanese hotels with small rooms. The staff were very polite and kind. I had the breakfast and the food was pretty good too. I was very satisfied. "

"The location is perfect for walking to all parts of Kanazawa. The room was spacious, even for Japanese standards. We stayed on a luxury floor which gave us access to a lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks. I highly recommend."

"The service and room amenities were great. It's close to the train station both above and below ground, which is helpful when lugging suitcases to and from the hotel. "

"The only thing that lets this hotel down is having to check yourself in and out. It never feels as welcoming when you are expected to deal with a machine when you have staff standing at the desk doing nothing unless you need help. No thank you for staying with us - just a machine telling you you have checked out. Everything else was spot on and comfortable - the free daily snacks, drinks and rice dinner was appreciated. The champagne was particularly nice😀"

"I enjoyed my stay at Soki Kanazawa. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean and nicely laid out. The restaurant in the hotel serves great Japanese breakfasts and the dinner Chef's kaiseki is fabulous. The restaurant staff is very good too. The location was ideal for my 4 night stay in Kanazawa. The only suggestion I have is for more lighting to be set up over the cabinet, refrigerator, counter area. That area is quite dark at night "
