"Great hotel in Central Lusaka, half an hour from the airport (600 kwachi cab ride). Feels upscale. Good food in the restaurants and breakfast buffet. "The place is clean and far better than your average backpacker accommodation. The location was perfect for me, as I needed to be near the International Conference Centre. It is in quiet and easily accessible location.
The only downside was that there was no hot water in my en-suite room during my two-day stay. I was informed it would be fixed, but unfortunately, it wasn't resolved before I checked out. I had to use a general shower next to my room. However, they did compensate me with a late checkout, which I appreciated.
Overall, it’s a great place with excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.
