"A very uniquely designed hotel boasting traditional artwork and architecture. Was a pleasure to stay, very well located near the train station and walking areas. The restaurant was great, high quality food at reasonable prices. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would happily return."

"We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? It was noisy and very dirty and a terrible experience. We would like a full refund from you and ask you to review the rating you currently have on the hostel."
