"No baggy service for individual/private owner. Guests have to carry own luggage and walk for about 250m from parking lot to accommodation. It was very inconvenient and unexpected for a family with special kid. Upon checking out, guest has to show photos of room, bathroom, toilet, swimming pool, remote controls and keys on door before deposit was refunded. No to poor physical guest service. "

The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience."
