"Bedsheets and pillow cases are stained - - obvious yellow stains can be seen on bedsheets, and the pillow cases are of greyish and with pen ink. Worst thing is that the toilet gets flooded after shower! Towels are old, same as the room. Hair dryer is only available upon request. Not worth the price I paid for the room. Very disappointing. A very pleasant 2 day stay in Alor Setar.
"A very pleasant 2 day stay at the hotel. The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. I used the gym and swimming facilities and both were good. I used the hotel for breakfast and for evening meals and both were very good with a wide range of selection. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and courteous. The main tourist sites within the city were only 15 minutes drive away or 12 Ringgit (£2) by taxi. "
