Most of all he went out of his way to help us when we contacted him even though he was already on leave.He presented Ascott well with his service and made us enjoyed our stay. "

"The rooms and facilities were kept in good condition. The Hotel I have stayed in many times over 15-20 years from time to time, although a little bit older than the new high end hotels nearby, is still extremely well maintained and the location is excellent ( relatively short walk to) near Gurney Plaza. Will probably stay again in future when visiting."
