"Booking reference number is different from what we have. Hotels are seeing our bookings from Expedia.com and its reference number is different from hotels.com's. This sometimes slow down the check in process. The room and bathroom was clean but the bedsheets and pillow cases stinks. "Basic but nicely put together. Condition of fittings and room are good and clean. Easy to park right in front of hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants and town centre which are all nearby. "
