"The hotel is in a strip mall shopping complex which is convenient if you want/need to buy food/snacks and also to do laundry. The place is about a 25 minute walk from the airport — no sidewalks though. It’s adequate for a night stay since it’s close to the airport but not near any other activities you may want to do in Miri walking wise. The check in/out was good and the wifi works. "Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. The resort offers and train/boat ride through the property, which is beautiful and loads of fun. The waterpark has a couple of fun slides. "Clean room - but nothing like the pictures featured on their advertising. A small bolt was the only security to the outside of the building/balcony and looked over a secluded car park, so felt a little vulnerable. Staff were friendly and easy to get a grab to restaurants/ central Miri."

"Limited parking space but once you're in, you need not to worry about your car as it is safe within the inn area. It is a very convenient hotel. There's a restaurant located next to it & we only need to walk few steps forward to reach Bintang Mall. For a long stay, you may need to remind any of the hotel staffs when the housekeeping service worker forgot to put the drinking water bottles on the dressing table.
