"The staff are very friendly. There's cheap laundry service and they help you rent a scooter for a good price. There's a nice gym on the second floor. The rooms are not very modern and clean and are a bit dark. The neighborhood isn't the best as it's in Denpasar so expect a lot of traffic and local businesses nearby. "

"The Trans Resort is amazing. Service is exceptional. We stayed in a villa and had a butler on call for anything we need. I needed extra help because I have a mobility aid so they built a ramp for me to get in and out of villa. Its also in a good spot for exploring other parts of bali and we hired a driver to take us on day trips to Sanur, Ubud, Nusa Dua etc. We liked the family villa and it was very spacious, the staff were lovely and kind and helped in anyway they could. The breakfast was great and we loved the variety of foods to choose from. They cooked us fresh omletttes everyday which was lovely! the villa itself needs a little work done on the inside but still was lovely.
