"The major thing we did not like were the hard mattress on the beds. It made for a very uncomfortable sleep. So much we left one day early & booked our airport hotel with much more comfortable accommodation. Otherwise everything else was reasonable. The breakfasts even though complementary are very restrictive for non-Japanese."

"The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the Internet connection was very reliable. The view from my room was spectacular, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was located in walking distance to Toyohashi station, as well as the city center and local shops. The standard was very high, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Toyohashi."

"自転車で大阪から東京までの行く道で泊まらせてもらいました。 現地払いで予約していたのですが時間に間に合いそうになく先払いに変更していただきました。 対応が早くて良かったです。 20時頃には宿の人はいなかったのですが、メールでチェックインの手順が送られて来てました。 お風呂はわからないですが、お手洗いは綺麗でした。 部屋やお手洗いにある水道の使い方は分からなかったですが、廊下にある水道も綺麗でした。 泊まった部屋には小さい虫がいました。自分は問題ないのですが、苦手な人は気になりそう。 厚めの布団が置いてあり、寝心地良かったです。 エアコンが入る前から付いていて快適でした。 宿のすぐ横に鰻のお店があったのですが、19時に閉まるらしく行けなかったです。 今後また浜名湖に行くことがあればまた泊まらせてもらいたいです。"

"今回母の還暦祝いでお邪魔しました。 近くにはラグナシアプールがあるのでその後ホテルに到着でした。 コインランドリーがあるのはありがたかったですが、ホテル外で洗濯機二つ、乾燥機でした。 結構夜になると暗いので怖かったです。 鍵の不具合で三部屋予約しましたが急遽部屋の変更となったのが残念でした。 荷物を広げて夕食後だったので疲労もあり移動が大変でした。 "
