"Heating system in the room had a rattle when I arrived. I was too tired to change rooms and decided to deal with it. The sound increased considerably throughout the night and kept me up all night. Brought up to the front desk in the morning and got little follow up. Other than not being able to sleep. I have no complaints about the room and am confident that if that issue was fixed/maintained prior to my stay would have been exactly as I wished for."

"The property was extremely clean at any standard. It was easy to check in and free parking. The rooms were spacious the HVAC system worked. Plenty of hot water comfortable bed clean sheets workable TV with plenty of channels. Big shower refrigerator microwave. Closet sofa, desk with chair, safety lock on the door, hair, shampoo and conditioner and shower gel two free bottles of water chilled in the refrigerator. You won't be disappointed. It's not luxurious, but clean and comfortable."

"The rooms look clean. But when you really look, they are not. The sheets on the beds are so stretched out they won't stay on The best part of this hotel, is Moce, the restaurant. The girls are the best and sweetest. I find the desk clerks rude and disrespectful. When you are there for a sick loved one, you need compassion and not sarcasm."

"There were way to many children running around the hotel unsupervised. There was a hockey tournament that weekend. That were too many children being unsupervised. They were loud, running up and down the halls. Several times I had to open my door and ask them to be quiet. I spoke with staff, nothing was done. During breakfast time it was so kaotic. No parents supervising their children. Some policies should be put in place. Monday morning was so peaceful."
