"The place was fine my reservation was screwed up by Hotels.com but the owners/managers were excellent in helping me get to stay. Besides this reservation Hotels.com screwed me on another in Siem Reap Cambodia. I was unable to get there do to my Service Dog and getting to Siem Reap on time for the booking but you charged me with no refunds. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card since no one answers my emails."
