" Instead of small vials for toiletries, there should be dispensers to provide enough content. Otherwise everything is Excellent "

"Breakfast was very very good: variety, quality and staff. Room was great, but I had to be firm on wanting the view of the hills instead of the solid wall of apartments. Shops nearby: best is the beer stores across/over the highway out front. Not a very nice neighborhood around the hotel, but the metro station right out front gave you access to the entire city, to the beach area with decent restaurants and all the way to the Colaba Area. It is much cheaper and faster than taxis. Walking to the corner to the left of hotel was a KFC that was good (after eating vegetarian for most of my month long stay in India). Pool up on the roof is a great place to hang out, swim and walk around on the roof. Too bad it closes at 8pm. I choose this hotel for convenience and familiarity. It compares competently to the 5 star Taj hotels I’ve stayed at in Mumbai in the past."

"Clean and specious room, very modern decor and building, helpful staff, -ve side — not easy to find, food portion is quite small compare to what you pay, delay in getting rooms ready"

"Airport shuttle was super easy to find and a friendly driver. The room was immaculate and the views were amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. So much so we are returning for a mother visit before we leave India. "
