The room had some mileage. It looked like the bathtub caulk was wearing out. The hot water didn't last very long. The toilet had a tendency to run because the internal tank hardware needs replacing. And the bathroom doorstop was a toe stubbing hazard (they really should've gone for the hinge door ...
