"Great tasty breakfast!"

"Booked the larger room and it had plenty of space for our family of 4 with a room we could watch the Shinkansen go by a block away. Staff were very helpful with dinner recommendations and luggage storage for us. Super convenient location."

"Very accommodating! Good price!"

"excellent stay! Truly Grand Hotel:)"

"My stay at Route Inn was what I needed which was a place to stay for the few nights I visited with a friend who lives in the area. The hotel is a bit dated but the room was comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast. "

"Excellent facilities, friendly service, quiet atmosphere. It was the perfect accommodation with the right mix of camping sensibility and the comfort of the hotel. My friend and I spent a lot of time in the accommodation and auxiliary facilities, as it was such a wonderful accommodation to just fall asleep and leave."

"The hotel and room were nice. The front desk staff was very helpful in securing us transportation for the following morning. "

"Probably not a busy season. When I check in nobody was at the reception. Only after I called out did a guy half-asleep came out from nowhere. Nobody helped me with the suitcases. This are services what I expected from a decent hotel"

"Convenient location near the train station and the staff were all really friendly "

"Close from highway exit and convenient location"

"Next to a small shopping center with a super market and a couple of restaurants. Hotel is right next to the highway exit"

"Staff was super friendly and accomodating. "
