Great location; the sound of the waves was relaxing. The club was not crowded, well maintained and perfect location. It was just a few miles from Kona and near a couple nice beaches.

This is an older property. There is no AC. They boarded up the entire back because the surf was too high. Spray reached the second floor. Whole back area was flooded. Water came in through the kitchen window. Only air and light came from the front door. It was hot, dark and claustrophobic. No AC and very uncomfortable. Should disclose this info on booking site. It was great when you could hang out on the shared back patio. 2 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms. The second bathroom is downstairs. Lots of small, black gnats inside property at night. Screens were broken in the master bedroom. Surf was so loud against the rocks, it shocked you awake. Would not stay again.

Living behind boards

It was dirty with dead bugs on the ledges. The patio had wood splinters and nails sticking up. The beds had springs broken. They boarded up the entire back facing the ocean because they thought waves may be too big. It was dark no breeze and we could only see out the front parking lot. Almost half our stay was behind boards when there was no need except for maybe 1 day and night
