Royal Kona Resort
We stayed 3 nights and the Royal Kona is close to shops and restaurants. The property is showing its age and some areas are under renovation. Staff were helpful and baggage and valet staff were working their tails off.

The condo was very nice and clean; with all you needed to enjoy the stay. The only issue we had was that the toilet had a leak at the base and caused the bathroom floor to be wet. Kona Islander Vacation Club
Room was clean. Hot tub wasn’t ready the first day we arrived, but was ready the second day. Parking was difficult. We had to park one night in the front lot. The property is close to a variety of restaurants.
