"It was fantastic! From the entrance, the bamboos are seem to be welcomeing us and once we through the door, quite space was there and nice probably designed furnitures. Staff was really nice and they attended us to the room. A room we stay was Japanese style with hot spring. Hot spring was really great and temperatures was perfect. There were big hot spring in a different place but if you want to enjoy own time, differently room hot spring is worth to enjoy. Oh, there were many restaurants...
"Stayed here on a family holiday in 2 double rooms. Convenient location as we were driving and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. "Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

The service was incredible, all staff was lovely. The views from the cabins were absolutely STUNNING! We were blessed enough to have clear views of mount Fuji!
