"Small but tasty breakfast, good sized and newer room, nice check in staff. Hotel room floors aren’t dirty but could use a deep clean, especially below the toilet."

"The room and reception were wonderful, and the staff provided excellent, hospitable service. However, the shuttle bus service from Yugawara Station was very disappointing. I waited for 15 minutes at the instructed location, but the bus never stopped. It drove through the rotary so quickly that I didn't even see it coming and had no chance to board. A tip for future guests: To avoid this issue, I highly recommend calling the hotel on your travel day to reconfirm the exact shuttle pickup time and location. Given how fast the bus was going, you may also want to ask them for the best spot to stand so the driver can see you clearly."
