"Hotel aesthetic was great. Rooms were spacious. Our 7th floor sliding glass door fully opened which was a little nerve wracking with young kids. Pool was ok, cold but big. Restaurant was not great. Service was but the food was not. Don’t waste your money there. Also disappointed that they didn’t have the breakfast they used to. Parking was also $12/night! "

"The place is very antiquated and could use an update. The bathtub was extremely hard to get in and out of so if your short, good luck. Breakfast was good. We were in a room on the 7th floor and there was only a short window that was extremely dirty on the outside and hard to see through. I had booked for 3 nights with Travelocity and the hotel only had 2 nights. I had to contact Travelocity and have them talk to the hotel. That finally was resolved but then upon checking out, I was charged for the third night even though I had already paid through Travelocity. I'm still trying to get my money back. Parking should be free, but it is not. We paid $30 for three nights. The staff were very friendly but I will not stay at this hotel again. "

"The refrigerator stopped working lost $100+ in food. The microwave didn't work, could only do laundry till 9pm, ice machine didn't work, no coffee machine, place is a nightmare, checked in and checked out the following afternoon but they didn't come to the desk, they only have someone at the desk for certain hours since they live there."
