Clean, updated rooms and what looked like fresh paint and carpet in the corridors. Friendly, helpful staff. Negatives were a desk chair in the room that wouldn’t adjust, a longer than expected wait when checking in due to receptionist helping people on the phone, an in-room freezer that was iced up and as a result had a broken door.

We had a great experience yet again! Staff were wonderful. Room was great. This is one of the best pools we’ve ever had at a hotel! As long as other guests are being mindful of others, it is a great experience. Unfortunately, our kids did want to cut their time short as one guest seemed to have had too much to drink and was yelling, climbing on the windows and diving in near kids playing.
