Nice staff! Beds could be more comfortable. Shuttle was timely. Our tv wasn’t working and when we asked for help there was nobody able to help. Overall okay, just not for five stars

The staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and beautiful. It was our 49th wedding anniversary and we were treated exceptionally well. An upgraded room and free desserts. We love the Gaylord Texan!!
