"I think it goes without saying that the property itself was fantastic to spend multiple days and nights at. But what was really impressive (and heavily underrated) was the food at Serase. It feels a bit criminal that they aren’t lauded for how well they blend Korean culture and modern culinary techniques in their dishes. But without a doubt my favorite part of my stay here was their top tier customer service. Manager June and every member of their staff that we encountered went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was accommodated for. Somehow despite clearly having many other guests, we felt like we were the only ones in the hotel: that’s how much attention they paid to us everyday. We’ve stayed at plenty other hotels, but this hotel was top tier in every imaginable regard: service, food, innovation, quality of the rooms."

"The staff at check-in were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel shuttle between the airport and the hotel only runs once an hour, so getting to and from the airport wasn’t very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, and had a small fitness center."

"Some construction going on at the time in the ballroom, but did not cause any disruption or inconvenience. Staff on reception helpful when available, but were often busy and not always around. Food options great, breakfast options excellent with both local and Western style options. Hotel in a convenient location, very clean with great facilities, short walk to coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Easy to get the shuttle bus to the airport terminals. Would definitely stay again on next business trip!"
