This hotel blew my wife and I away. From the moment we arrived, June Lee greeted us, took our luggage, and helped us with everything. They then preceded to give us a welcome cocktail and then take us to our room. June gave us a tour of our room and was attentive to our every request. If you don’t want to stay in the city and have a more intimate, relaxed, experience I 100% recommend staying here! Thanks you!

The customer service at the hotel is unmatched. Even the details like when you ask where something is at the hotel. The hotel front desk would take you there, not just give you directions. We were welcomed with a delicious drink and an introduction to our room and the features. This hotel has everything from pools, theme park, restaurants, clothing store, decor, entertainment.

The property was beautiful and rooms were so clean but the highlight of our stay was the incredible service of the staff. We were made to feel so welcome and every staff member we met was so helpful and polite! I really want to thank the staff for the impeccable service that made my family feel so comfortable during our stay to celebrate mum's 60th. I also appreciated the fact that you could access the many facilities including the pool/spa after you check out because there is so much to do and see that you really do need the extra time! The entertainment/performances and additional pop up markets for Christmas were lovely. We honestly cannot wait to go back!!

They were very hospitable. I don’t remember the name of the guy that checked me in but he was so kind. He took my bags to my room and gave me a tour of the room showing me all the features. Very kind and helpful. I like that they have a shuttle for the airport. Overall excellent experience.
