"Everything was amazing, except breakfast. The breakfast staff was very nasty, because she had to exchange the pancakes batter. I ask for sugar and she just pointed. She didn't talk at all to our party group she looked like she was angry with us. But another couple was there and she talking with them and laughing. Also the shower floor was very slippery, I fell once. Other than that the hotel was amazing "

"Elevator notification sound is too loud. At night when someone use Elevator, sound is too lond. It wake me up."
