"A quiet and peaceful hotel located in a rainforest village, perfect for enjoying nature. The place was very clean, and communication with the staff was great. They responded quickly and handled issues efficiently. The only small downside was that the mattress was a bit too soft. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"The view was absolutely beautiful from our patio and the room was very clean and comfortable. The living room sliding door should have a thick curtain for privacy like the bedroom. Also staff at check in should offer to help with the luggage since we had to help some older guests to carry their luggage up the stairs to their room because they did not think to ask for help and no one offered. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort!!"
