"My room was on the 6th floor. I stayed a total of five days. I called for another rag and towel; never got it. I also had to carry about 8 bags through the entire building due to one of the elevators (the one closest to the lobby) was not working. The back door also stopped working during my stay. I ate breakfast one time out of my entire trip, and it was like any other hotel breakfast. I can say that no one bothered me, whether that was neighbors or staff, so I was able to rest appropriately for my trip. I would recommend getting that elevator and door fixed, because it is such an inconvenience to people who are traveling from hours away. "

"Everything was almost perfect for our stay. There was a issue with the billing, but the staff did get everything straightened out and made everything right. The lobby, hallway, and room were all clean. Staff was very friendly and when asked, they recommend some great local places to eat. Rooms were spacious and had everything you could want. Other than that billing issue everything was perfect. However humans are not perfect, and people make mistakes. Thats life. When the mistake was brought to their attention they apologized, took full responsibility for it, and immediately started fixing the problem. Would definitely recommend staying here with a family or if alone. If I am ever back in this area again then I will be back. Special shoutout to the staff members that we encountered while there. Fox, Jessica, and Olivia were very friendly and definitely made the stay better for me and my family."

"This place is a joke and the employees are liars. Tell me why I stand at the front desk with my Expedia open and ask if I should book through them or if I should book through the hotel and the attendant tells me book through Expedia, so I do. Then my travel plans change and I end up having to leave a day early to attend a funeral. I go to the front desk and ask for a refund for my last night stay and they say you booked through a third party you get a refund through them. I call Expedia and they say they call the hotel to get the refund approved. The hotel denies the request, I go to the front desk again and ask for a refund or reason for the denial and Raj the attendant tells me that “just have them call again I will have my supervisor approve the refund” I get in touch with Expedia and they call him AS IM STANDING THERE and Raj tells them “no refund”. I’m sorry what how do you and other employees lie directly to my face. I don’t get the point, you wasted my time having me reach out to Expedia and its upsetting because it’s just another customer to you but to me it’s an additional $80 which makes a difference especially during an unexpected plan change and emotional time. This place is disgusting, and in case you need to make a noise complaint don’t bother because you’ll just get told the person above you is a loyalty member and they can’t bother them, even though they were slamming things on the floor and stomping from 1-5AM. This place is a joke go to another hotel "
