"The room smelled old & like mildew. The bathtub needs to be repainted. The refrigerator door not opening all the way. Was dragging the floor half way open. The bathroom door had a door stopper to hold the door open. It was little nets flying around. I wouldn't stay here ever again. I'll sleep in my car first."

"Convenient central access to RTP and surrounding communities. Easy to find: just off I-40 by intersections of Hwys 54 and 55. Maintenance needed and in progress. No pool. (Old, no water) Exercise room requires finding staff to unlock door. Lots of restaurants, mall, shopping, coffee shops, Tesla Supercharger within 2 miles by car. Within 4 miles Whole Foods, multiple Indian and other ethnic restaurants. Good value, somewhat smelly inside."
