"This hotel is a real gem. It’s conveniently located, just a stone throw away from the wonderful Insadong main shopping area which is packed full of cultural interests, restaurants and local stores. The hotel itself has a really good vibe. We enjoyed getting in and out of the building, and always felt great to step foot in it after an outing. Everything in the room worked really well. It was late August the weather was really hot. The air con in the well proportioned room was a godsend. The beds in our family room were so comfy, we all had very good sleep. All the staff members we met were lovely and helpful. So glad we chose this hotel, it made our trip to Seoul even more memorable. "

"Clean hotel and spacious room for four people. Four bottles of water are provided everyday. Free washer and dryer with detergent on top floor. Nice lounge and terrace with a nice view on the top floor. Plenty of amenities like shampoo, liquid soap, hair dryer, tea/coffee, refrigerator, and a safe in room. Room service is once during our stay. Put dirty towels and trash outside the room door in the morning. Receive clean towels and water bottles in a bag outside the room door. Friendly front desk staff who speak limited English. The staff helped call a taxi for us twice. The taxi is inexpensive in Seoul and takes credit card. The staff also watch the luggage before check in and after check out. Although the hotel is inside an alleyway it is safe and just a minute walk to the main street. Hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, and buses. Train station is about 10 minutes walk. Remember to scan the Tmoney card when entering and exiting the bus/train. Walking distance to the palaces, oldest market, trendy Youth Avenue, and Cheonggyecheon stream. A nice hotel overall. "

"The hotel is super clean and new. The breakfast buffet is satisfying and meets our expectation. I travelled with my family and I like that they have a spacious bathroom with bidet toilet which is cool and easy to use. The staff is helpful as well. "
